The HEAT-MAX System is a closed lopp heating system operating at near atmosphere pressures with temperature as high as 3000 C. The system comprises of a closed loop circulation of hot mineral oil through the user equipment for process heating and the return oil is reheated in the Thermic Fluid Heater. The expansion cum dearator tank ensures pressureless and vapour free system.

- Multiple passes on Thermic fluid side ensures longer resides time of oil on the shell ensuring uniform heating and complete utilization of heat energy expended.
- High operating efficiency.
- Can obtain temperature upto 3000C with low operating pressures.
- Low system lag and rapid warm up response.
- High Thermic fluid volume in shell ensures adequate thermal storage and low heat flux.
- Higher heat transfer area provided in the Heaters to ensure low thermal stresses on the tube surface and result in long life of the heater coil as well as the thermic oil. Each Heater shall be Maximum 3 KW each.
- Easy access for inspection and cleaning.
- Specially designed expansion cum dearator tank avoids overheating of Thermic oil and release excess pressures vapours and ensure longer life of the thermic fluid.
